Brick Kiln Workers Education Project

This year Stichting Diwa has started 10 news schools under the Brick Kiln worker Education Project in Gujranwala, Pakistan. The Schools are located on different Brick Kilns locations in the surroundings of Gujranwala.

PSTA, our partner organization, is implementing this project. Teacher selection and their training is done, and students are enrolled. PSTA has provided books to the students. Other material things such as uniforms and desks are still in process.

PSTA is busy in awareness raising meetings and forming of parents committees in the target areas, so that parents can also take responsibilities in the future.
